Pro+ is the perforated Aluminium screen solution by Endurescreens – providing the most advanced seam matching technology available today. Pro+ is the only high-quality solution for creating a continuous images for various applications ranging from dome theatres to planetariums as well as for architectural installations – anywhere a uniform surface is needed that can be creatively lit and is used for projection. Additionally, Pro+ provides acoustic transparency that enables airflow through the screen. We take great pride in the quality of our products and given the experience and superior results of Pro+, the overlapping panel seams or powder coating are not an option for our clients. Pro+ will improve your image in many ways.
This section describes the screen panels, method of fixing and the quality process we adopt on site for the installation.

On site Panel installation
The drawing is an example of a dome screen installation and a part of our quality control process. Every time a group of panels are joined the area is labelled and photographed and the photos are sent back to the factory for quality checking. If the factory sees anything that they are not happy with the installers are instructed to remove the panel and install a replacement, until the quality is up to our very high standards. The panels are painted in the factory and travel along a long drying tunnel to cure the paint. The countersunk rivets used to fix the panels on site are then painted with paint taken from the same batch of paint used to produce the panels, thus giving a perfect colour match.
Endurescreens, design and manufacture all of the supporting structures for all of our screens using 3D modelling software. On more complicated designs we carry out CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) stress analysis on the final design to ensure that it will work and is safe and we often do a factory build of some parts of the structures to ensure they comply with our very tight self-imposed tolerances. Our factory produces highly detailed 3D models of the screen and support structures, these are used to ensure that all of the parts fit together perfectly.
The design is then approved by the client or their representative. Following approval of the design, the level of detail is improved to provide a manufacturing level design. The manufacturing level design details all sizes, braces, interfaces down to hole diameters and bolt sizes. The manufacturing design model is then used to set up all tooling and machinery to manufacture the support structures and the screen frame and panels.
