The Beautiful Hunan flying theatre was completed in October 2018. This amazing attraction is in the ancient Chinese city of Changsha in the Tongguan Kiln International Cultural and Tourism Centre.
The grandiose cultural complex has a total construction area of 1.1 million square meters, where 8 museums, 5 performing centres, 3 luxury hotels, 18 cultural attractions and 4 children amusement parks await their visitors. It is expected to host more than 5 million tourists each year.

The flying theatre with its 24,8M diameter Pro + perforated aluminium screen quickly became a landmark attraction, consistently attracting hundreds of guests each day.
The film on the 515m2 screen surface is called Flight of the Phoenix, which gives the audience a brilliant flying experience by exploring the natural beauty and culture of the Hunan province, including the world famous Wulingyuan mountains - This magical location was also used for the “Avatar” movie!

The whole attraction was designed and supplied turnkey by CAVU Designwerks of Canada for the client, Macrolink. The audio-visual system and screen was provided by the Austrian company Kraftwerk Living Technologies, who turned to Endurescreens for the specialist screen supply and installation.
